Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clip Farm (the "Service"), a web application that lets you discover short-form video clips, queue them, and publish them to a TikTok account that you own and connect yourself. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use Clip Farm
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and you must be able to enter into a binding contract. You must also meet the eligibility rules of any third-party platform you connect, including TikTok.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
3. Connecting your TikTok account
Clip Farm uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API. When you connect your account you authorise Clip Farm to request the scopes shown on the TikTok consent screen — currently user.info.basic, video.publish and video.upload. Clip Farm only performs actions you have configured: publishing or drafting videos you have queued.
You may revoke access at any time from the Studio page in Clip Farm or from your TikTok account settings. Revoking access stops all future publishing immediately.
4. Content and rights
You are solely responsible for the content you queue and publish. You represent that you own the content, or have all the rights, licences and permissions needed to publish it, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
Clip Farm does not grant you any rights in third-party content that appears in the discovery feed. Clips shown in the feed are surfaced from public sources for reference. Publishing content you do not have rights to may result in removal, strikes or permanent restriction of your TikTok account.
5. Platform rules
Your use of the Service must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines and TikTok Developer Terms of Service, as well as the terms of any other source platform. You may not use Clip Farm to spam, to post misleading or artificially amplified content, to evade platform enforcement, or to automate behaviour a platform prohibits.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access other users' data, resell access without permission, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Service availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled posts depend on third-party APIs and can be delayed, rejected or fail for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee that any post will publish, be approved, or reach any level of views or engagement.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if a platform requires it, or if your use creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clip Farm is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost content, account restrictions or platform penalties arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to the operator of this application through the contact details listed on the app's TikTok developer listing.
